
Tarvin is located at the junction of the A51 and A54 approximately 5 miles East of Chester

The village of Tarvin is on the A51 Chester to Manchester road, about 5 miles east of Chester. From the west, take the A51 junction from the A55 Chester by-pass for about 3 miles to the roundabout on the outskirts of Tarvin. Take the second exit onto the A54 towards Manchester. The entrance gate to Tarvin playing fields is on the right hand side about 400yds beyond the roundabout. From the east, take the A556 towards Chester, joining the A54 at Kelsall. Continue for about 2 miles from the bottom of the steep hill at Kelsall into Tarvin. About 400yds past the Copper Kettle pub, the entrance gate to Tarvin playing fields is on the left hand side. There is a car park just inside the gates. The tennis club is situated alongside the playing field. |
